Welcome to our humble abode on the World Wide Web.  The Renegades are a comedy troupe based out of Syracuse, NY. The troupe features the extremely talented cast of Brandon Dyer, Tim Hogarth, Jeff White, Deidre Dyer, Aaron Geiskopf, Ron Sweet, & Lou Leonardo.  Our high energy stage show is a live comedy experience unlike any other. We incorporate short form improv games, sketches, digital shorts, and long form improv scenes to produce a show that's equal parts Saturday Night Live, Whose Line is it Anyways?, and Monty Python.  We take our comedy very seriously.  Our intense desire to make you laugh motivates us to do whatever it takes.  Live sketches, improvised comedy, digital shorts . . . . WHATEVER!  It is not enough for us just to make you chuckle a little either.  We are only satisfied with full on gawfaws so powerful they make you shoot your last drink out your nose.  If it isn't hilarious, it's not us.  However, our shows are nothing without audience participation. If we don’t have your suggestions or help we don’t have a show.  So, when you‘re there relax, enjoy, and take part in the show.  Then we’ll all be having fun!

The Renegades have a lot of projects coming up this season such as a big charity fundraising event for a local organization, basic & intermediate improvisation classes for the public, and several important performances outside CNY.  Are goals are to change the live comedy scene.  We want to put Syracuse back on the cultural map again.  To bring back it’s proud heritage in the performing arts. With your help and support The Renegades will bring about a golden age in improv comedy.  In the future people will say that the epicenter of a new renaissance in comedy was in Syracuse, NYand that it was The Renegades that lead the way!
